PRODUCTS

What does unique to you mean? 
All of our DEKKO Wearable Art Tights, Tech Cases, and some Totes are made to order (MTO) via a technique called sublimation printing. That means you can order or reorder whenever you like, no need to wait for a restock. Once you place your order, we go and make it. This process usually takes up to 10 business days, and then we ship it out to you. Note: This doesn’t mean custom measurements or prints. 

What is sublimation printing?
Great question! Sublimation printing, also known as all-over-printing, is a print, composed of a design, that is repeated across the entire surface of a garment. All of our tights are sublimated, as well as our all-over printed tops and some totes. Dye sublimation is a heat transfer process imprinting our art beneath the top layer of textiles, using special inks to create transfers in which the dyes do indeed sublimate.

What do you mean by museum-quality archival prints? 
The entire DEKKO Wall Art collection is archival prints, meaning they are museum-quality fine-art reproductions. Sometimes called "Giclee Prints," these artworks are made with an ultra-high-resolution fine-art printer, using the very finest archival inks and papers. So, why does this matter? Because it means your artwork will not fade for decades. Our goal is to create DEKKO ART that lasts a lifetime.

MANUFACTURING

Where are your products made? 
We handcraft all of our products in the United States, mostly in Los Angeles. Why? Because we are on the west coast and we really like to stay on top and in touch with the manufacturing process.  

Are your t-shirts made by a brand I'd know? 
Yes! We only print our art on tops made by US manufacturers. Brands you will know. American Apparel, Bella + Canvas, and LA Apparel, just to name a few. 

How do I make changes to my order? 
Ok so here’s the deal, you have one hour from when you purchased to quickly email contact@dekkoartstudio.com with your order number and the changes you need to make. We’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes.


SHIPPING 

How long will it take to get my order? 
It's coming, promise! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours) but there might be some delays – especially after releases! Your patience is appreciated.

Once we ship your gear, it will arrive on the following schedule: 

United States:
We use United States Postal Service/FedEx (depending on the shipping method you choose) meaning your package should arrive within 5-7 business days once shipped. Unless you chose expedited shipping and then it will arrive sooner. Yay!

International: 
We use Standard International shipping which goes through DHL and has basic tracking. Your gear arrival is all dependent on where you live and what shipping method you chose.

Express Courier: 
Costs a bit more, but hey – it's FedEx and fully trackable. Your stuff will arrive within about 1-3 working days once shipped. FedEx usually deliver between the hours of 9am-5pm and may request a signature if your order is over $120. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick up.

PAYMENT

How can I pay? 
This website accepts all major credit cards (including American Express), Paypal and DEKKO gift cards. We also have Apply Pay! 

Is it safe? 
Absolutely - nothing to be worried about! We have bunches of super nerdy encryption thingidos in place so that your payment is secure and your details remain 'secret squirrel.' For the techno geeks out there – we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available.)

Can I pay in my local currency?
We process all orders in the American Dollar. While the content of your cart may display your local currency, you will checkout using American Dollar at the most current exchange rate. Please note, the amount shown in your currency on our website is a guide only. If you want to know the exact amount you will be charged, please check with your bank before purchasing as currency conversion rates and fees vary.

How do I use my gift card? 
You have a gift card?! Congrats! Someone loves ya. Ok, here’s how to use it:

  • Find the gift code on your card.
  • Proceed to the checkout with your cart full of goodies.
  • In the payment section, enter your code in the discount box.
  • Hit APPLY and your cart will deduct the amount from your gift card! Now you're all good to go.


ORDERS

How do I make an order? 
Just go to dekkoartstudio.comclick on a product you like that's available in your size and add to your cart. Then, just follow the easy checkout process and soon you’ll own some DEKKO ART (welcome to our squad.) 

I made multiple orders, can I combine them? 
Unfortunately, we can't combine orders for you as our system will not allow this. 

How do I cancel an order? 
You have one hour from when you made your order to email us at contact@dekkoartstudio.com to let us know you have to cancel. Why only one hour? Because after that your order is headed to printing and sometimes this process is lightning fast. 

How do I return an order? 
Oh no :( but it happens, and we understand. We have a 30-day return period so as long as your gear is back with us and processed in less than 30 days from your order date, we will get it sorted for you. Just fill in the returns form here located here, and we'll get back to you. Once you hear from us, send the goodies back. You can choose a refund or store credit for the product purchase price (shipping not included.) 

Unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges at this time.

How long does it take for my return to be processed? 
We aim to process all returns within 5-7 business days once received. Thank you for your patience. 

Where is my order? 
It hasn't turned up yet? If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us yet then just drop an email to contact@dekkoartstudio.com and we’ll investigate. Please remember if we’ve just had a big release we might be a little slower at getting orders out. If you have received a shipping notification, just consult your tracking number for the latest update on where your package is.

Can I return an item I bought on sale?
No, sorry. No returns on sale items. But we will give you a store credit to get something else you want. The credit will be at the sale price of the the return.
