Got something that didn’t quite work? It happens. 

You have 30 days from the date of your order to send back your DEKKO Wearable Art and accessories for us to process and release! We do our best to ensure all your returns are simple and painless. Our goal is to have all returns processed within 5-7 business days once we receive it.

We allow unlimited returns on clothing, accessories, and tech, along with our sincere apologies that you weren’t happy! Unfortunately, returns on Art Prints are not accepted unless you received your new piece damaged or faulty.

Never fear, if you purchase again (and we hope you will!) you can always make returns, good for 6 months. Unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges at this time.

The Return Essentials:

All returns should be unused (of course, besides trying it on!) and in the same condition in which it was received.

Once you’ve submitted the form below and heard back from us via email, you can send your DEKKO returns to the address above asap!

If you have opted to receive store credit, we'll email you a code to do with as you like as soon as we've processed your return.

Store credits are transferable! To transfer your store credit to someone you love, share the code as a gift, simple as that. All we ask is that you let us know.  

How will my return work?

Once you complete the form below, you will receive an email from us confirming we are processing your request. Please wait to mail your order until you hear from us. Once you have, you can send your return right away! Make sure you’ve looked over our return essentials to ensure you’ve prepared your package correctly.

Once you've received a free return label from us by email, please attach it to the outside of the package and drop it off at the post office or into any street post box!

Please include your full name and order number with your return. You’ll hear from us again with details about your refund or store credit as soon as we have received your return and processed it for you!


What return options can I choose from?
We offer full refunds and you can always return your goods for a store credit, transferable and valid for six months! Returns can be made any time in the first 30 days after the date of purchase.

What if I was sent faulty or incorrect item?
If you received a faulty item, we are so sorry! We work hard to ensure you always receive what you want, when you want it, in good quality. We always want you to love your DEKKO Art, so please reach out to us if something went wrong.

Are sale products returnable?
Unfortunately, sales products cannot be returned unless they were received faulty or incorrectly.

Where do I send my returns?
